Bill Cruse is a dedicated attorney and a proud native of Pearl River County. A 2001 graduate of Picayune Memorial High School, Bill began his higher education at Pearl River Community College. He went on to earn a degree in Chemistry from Mississippi College in 2005 and obtained his law degree from the Mississippi School of Law in 2009.

After spending a decade in Clinton, Mississippi, where he completed his education and launched his legal career, Bill returned to his hometown of Picayune in 2015. Today, he focuses his practice on helping clients navigate estate planning, real estate closings, and real estate disputes.

Bill and his wife, Morgan, have been married since 2005 and are the proud parents of four children: Liam, Macie, Victor, and Claire. The Cruse family is deeply committed to Pearl River County, believing it is the ideal place to raise a family and invest in the future of the community.

Tyler Alexander is a Pearl River County native and a 2010 graduate of Pearl River Central High School. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi ("Ole Miss") in 2014 and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Mississippi College School of Law in 2017.

After being admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 2017, Tyler served as a law clerk for the Circuit Court Judges of the 8th Circuit of Mississippi. He then moved to Gulfport in 2018 to practice civil defense before returning home in the fall of 2020. Tyler now manages the firm's litigation department, handling a wide variety of matters including personal injury, criminal defense, probate, and property disputes.

Tyler is married to Sophia Garcia Alexander, and they have two children: Grant and Grayson. He enjoys being back home, being close to family and friends, and is dedicated to helping the community where he grew up.

Alison Carter is the Office Manager for Alexander & Cruse, PLLC, and the Paralegal supporting Tyler Alexander in all litigation matters. Alison has been a vital part of the team since 2018, having previously worked as a Legal Assistant for Bill and a Paralegal for Tyler at Cruse Law Firm, PLLC.

Before entering the legal field, Alison cultivated a strong background in care and service. A graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi, she spent years as a Child Life Specialist at Children’s Hospital. She later paused her career to start a family, eventually returning to the workforce to serve the Pearl River County School District for over a decade.

Alison combines the patience and empathy she gained as a Child Life Specialist, mother, and educator with her legal experience to ensure every client receives excellent care.

Alison and her husband, Darryl Carter, are proud parents of three children: Abby, Sam, and Mary Grace. All of who have graduated college and moved on to successful careers of their own.
